My wife Carol and I have been actively involved in Real Estate in the Glen Innes area for some 30 years and trading in our own business for the past 17 years.

For nine years we were part of the Raine and Horne group, but have recently decided to return to trading as our original name of Frank Parry Real Estate Pty Limited.

Being involved in both Residential and Rural sales, some of Glen Innes most prestigious homes have been sold by our firm along with notable rural holdings such as “Blair Hill Station”, “Waterloo Station”, “Mt Slow”, and  “Kyoma” to name just a few.

I have also been actively involved in property development in Glen Innes, having been involved in the Rural Industry since leaving school and working as fencer-shearer–drover.

I feel that I am well versed in all aspects of Rural and Residential sales and only too happy to assist any prospective purchaser with enquiries and my knowledge.

I have been with Frank Parry Real Estate for 12 months as property consultant.

Previous experience in the Agency industry comes from a life time of involvement in the Rural Industry in Outback Australia.

For the past thirty years I held the position of F.G.C. Area Manager at St George and initiated and started the Rural Agency called “Challenge Mercantile” being a complete Multifaceted Stock and Station Agency Group incorporating live export sheep to shearing contracting on the Eastern Seaboard.

I hold numerous Diplomas and all required certificates associated with the Real Estate Industry and I am continually up-dating all necessary accreditations as required.

I am also a practicing cattle and sheep/wool producer in the Deepwater area and also experiment continually with a variety of pasture and other type of farming practices.

So if you need a local bloke with local knowledge, I am your man.

Marketing/Reception

I started my Real Estate career with Raine and Horne Dubbo in 2002, where for three years I worked with a highly successful sales team as part of the Marketing Department.

After leaving Dubbo in April 2006 to return to my home town of Emmaville, I approached the then Raine and Horne Glen Innes office (now Frank Parry Real Estate ), and luckily they had a position available.

I have now started studying for my Certificate of Registration so that I can become involved in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.  I really look forward to being able to represent both vendors and purchasers, aiming for a positive outcome for everyone.
